Job Description:

A Restaurant/Lounge Bar in Niger is seeking a talented and experienced Floor Manager to join the team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations. 

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Fluency in French is a must.
Knowledge of Omega system is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Package:
The salary range for this position is $ per month, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, they offer accommodation, food, transportation, flight tickets and a maid that cleans the house.
