A Catering Manager is required for a Top rated catering company in Muscat Oman .
The Catering Manager will perform the planning and management of catered events. He will consult with customers to determine their catering requirements, supervise the catering staff, and coordinate the preparation and serving of food during events. He will also arrange for the transportation of the food and catering equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar job role
- Experience in Lebanese and Arabic cuisines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of event planning and catering requirements
- Managerial and supervisory skills
- Ability to work with clients to determine the needs of the event
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene
